What exactly is TDEEats?

TDEEats is a simple, personalised meal plan service that calculates your calories and macros for your exact goal — whether that’s losing fat, building muscle, or maintaining. You fill out a short form, we do the maths, and you receive a complete plan with meals, recipes, and targets tailored to you.

How are my calories and macros calculated?

Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is estimated using your height, weight, age, gender, and activity level. From there, we adjust your calorie target to match your goal — typically 15–25% below maintenance for fat loss, or above for muscle gain.
All nutritional data comes from trusted databases such as the USDA Food Database and MyFitnessPal reference values.

Is the plan custom-made for me?

Yes — every plan is built around your answers: goals, dietary preferences, cooking setup, and meal frequency. You’ll only get recipes that fit your lifestyle.

Do I need to track calories or macros?

No. The plan is designed so you don’t have to. Each meal already fits your calorie target and macro balance, so as long as you follow it, you’ll stay on track automatically.

Can I use this if I’m vegetarian or have allergies?

Yes — simply indicate your preferences in the intake form. We’ll tailor your recipes accordingly.

Are these meal plans medically approved?

TDEEats is built using standard nutritional science and reference databases. However, it’s not a medical service. If you have health conditions or dietary restrictions, always consult a healthcare professional before starting any plan.

Do you offer ongoing support or updates?

Yes. You can upgrade to a rolling monthly plan for updated recipes, adjusted macros, and seasonal options to keep your meals fresh and your progress consistent.

​Delivery & Refund Policy

How will I receive my plan?

Your personalised TDEEats plan is delivered as a PDF file straight to your email inbox.
You’ll also receive a short confirmation message when your plan has been processed and is ready to download.
Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it after 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?

Most plans are processed and sent within 24–48 hours of completing the intake form.
During busy periods, it can take slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you if there’s a delay.

What if I entered the wrong information on the form?

No problem — just reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll correct it before your plan is generated.
Once a plan has been created and delivered, we can’t make edits without a new order.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each plan is custom-built for you, refunds are not available once the plan has been delivered.
However, if there’s a technical issue (for example, the file doesn’t arrive or you can’t open it), we’ll resend or fix it at no cost.

Can I request changes after receiving my plan?

Yes — if you’d like to adjust your goals, meal preferences, or calories, you can purchase an updated plan at a discounted returning-customer rate.
